1. Who may use this portal
The SSPDF Salary Payments portal is an official system of the South Sudan People's Defense Forces, Office of Finance. It is reserved for serving SSPDF personnel, approved civilian finance staff, and authorised administrators.
You may only register with your true identity, service number, and rank. Providing false information, or registering on behalf of another person, is a disciplinary offence and may be referred for prosecution under military law.
2. Your account and security
You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN, and registered device secure. Do not share your sign-in details with anyone, including people claiming to be from headquarters — our staff will never ask for your password.
You must report a lost or stolen device, ID card, or suspected unauthorised access immediately through the Help page or your unit's finance officer so the account can be frozen.
The portal may lock your account after repeated failed sign-in attempts, and may require identity re-verification after a security event.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the portal only to view your own pay information, manage your own account details, submit complaints and requests, and carry out duties assigned to your role.
You must not attempt to access another person's record, interfere with the system's operation, copy or scrape data in bulk, or use the portal for any purpose outside your official duties.
Administrators and finance officers may only access personnel records within the scope of their assigned role and unit. All administrative actions are recorded in a permanent audit log.
4. Pay information
Pay figures shown in the portal are generated from official payroll records. If you believe a figure is wrong, use the Pay Complaints page — do not rely on informal channels.
The portal's display of a payment does not itself constitute a bank transfer; settlement is completed through the clearing bank and your registered payout account.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control. Critical pay information remains available through your unit's finance officer.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Enforcement
Misuse of the portal may result in suspension or closure of your account, disciplinary action under military regulations, and referral to civil authorities where a law has been broken.
Questions about these terms can be raised through the Contact page or the duty desk helpline.
